Owen
Owen is my big squishy fawnmonster. He's my oldest rattie, rescued from nearly becoming dinner in May of 2002. His health is exceptional, aside from a bite related imbedded abcess which was removed surgically in the fall. He's very intelligent and independant, but still enjoys time with me. He has a penchant for nilla wafers and rediculously long whiskers.
He currently weighs 618g.

Ben
Ben was a lab rat who was originally rescued by the student who worked with him in her psych. class. This fall, she decided she wanted him to have a better home and he came to live with me. He's almost completely blind, but very sweet and squishy. He developed a fairly severe resperatory infection over the holidays, but has recovered well despite some lung scarring. He loves anything that isn't lab blocks, and will stash as much as possible in his hut.
He currently weighs 551g.

Lennon
Lennon came to live with me last June and at a young age suffered a broken femur as a result of an accident during intros. His leg healed, and he's grown into my huge, sweet, squishy boy. He hates anything white (as a result of his accident, which involved Adrian) and loves to chase and destroy tissues. His favorite treat is grilled cheese sammiches, which makes him smile his big goofy grin.
He currently weights 702g.

Bippo

Bippo came to me in late January as a rehomed rattie as a result of a tragedy in his previous owner's family. His cagemate Dash recently passed away, so Bippo will hopefully be introduced to the Hooligans soon. He's a very active boy who likes to yell when picked up. He's a very sweet rat though, and is very curious and friendly during free range time.
His weight is unknown.
He is about 6 months old. |
